The Bunkhouse Cabin

Overall We had a great experience, from checking in late to checking out. The staff are very friendly and helpful. we wi Positive: the cabin set up and the helpful staff! Negative: having the hot tub in between the cabins, and the firepit being too close to it. So the neighbor is using the hot tub, and we are trying to have a fire and we are literally less than 10 ft away from them.

Lovely! Positive: Loved the sauna and cold dip. Also the Cowboy Hot Tub experience, though it took forever to heat! The geranium and hanging flowers were beautiful. Loved our stay. Negative: An ‘in use’ indicator for the shared toilet would be good - I felt bad knocking when someone was in there :)

We had a great stay. Will come back when their domes are set up. Positive: The host is friendly.We felt at home.The rooms are clean and linens smell fresh.The hillbilly hot tub is awesome. Negative: None.

Thank you Prairie Junction Team for making our summer vacation a great one! Positive: We loved our stay at the bunkhouse! We were met by Leah And she helped us get the wood and ice while the kids played the axe throwing game! They even gave us a tour! The cedar sauna was by far my favourite, catching the train from the campground was so neat and Leanna was very informative while we waited for the train from the station near by. Quiet time was 11 and that was also important to us as we had a busy adventure planned! Checking out was simple and not rushed at all. My children loved the hillbilly hot tub and doing the cold plunge! We will definitely be back to prairie junction! Eide Family Negative: Wish we could have stayed longer!
